FINANCIAL SCAMS & THE ELDERLY

The elderly are especially susceptible to unscrupulous scam artists.  In order to protect your elderly clients you need to know how to recognize these scams, what steps to take to avoid them, and if already scammed, how to protect your clients from further financial exposure.  Representatives of the Attorney General's Office will provide information that will assist you in recognizing these scams and intervening with your clients before it is too late.

Learn about:

How elders become targets for scam artists,
How to determine if your client is being scammed, and
What to do if it is too late to intervene.
