Nancy A. Cominoli, R.P., AACP

Nancy A. Cominoli, RP, has been a litigation paralegal in the Springfield office of Bulkley, Richardson & Gelinas, LLP since 1995. She has been a paralegal since 1984 practicing in various areas of law, but currently specializes in medical malpractice defense. Prior to starting at Bulkley Richardson, she worked for several years as a paralegal in Franklin County, Massachusetts as well as Dallas, Texas. In addition to working as a paralegal, Nancy has also owned a gymnastic school and coached competitive gymnasts as well as coaching the University of Massachusetts track team. Nancy received both her B.S. in microbiology and M.S. in kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She has been president of the Western Massachusetts Paralegal Association for the past ten years and is a member of the MCLE paralegal curriculum advisory committee.  She is also a member of the Bay Path Legal Studies Professional Advisory Committee.  Nancy passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE) offered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations in 2000 and has been a PACE registered paralegal since that time. She has also been an American Alliance Certified Paralegal since 2006.  She resides in Belchertown and is the mother of triplet sons.

Victoria is currently a Litigation Paralegal at Mass Mutual in Springfield. She has legal experience from working in private sector law firms practicing; personal injury, social security disability, and family law. She also has experience working in the Hampden County District Court system where she interned as a Victim Witness Advocate in the Domestic Violence Unit. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certification from Bay Path University, which she received in 2012. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Negotiation, also from Bay Path University. She is also a licensed real estate agent wtih Homes Logic Real Estate, LLC.  Victoria is actively involved with many organizations in the Springfield community, where she also resides.

Beverly has been a paralegal for 17 years and is currently working for Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C.  Prior to that she worked for the private law office of James A. McEwan while studying online for the paralegal certificate through Springfield Technical Community College.  Beverly specializes in the areas of estate planning, probate, and real estate law  She has previous experience experience in manufacturing as a production specialist and materials buyer.  Beverly is the mother of a 21 year old son and lives in Hampden.

Robin is a paralegal at Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C.  She earned her Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies at Elms College in 2000 and her Associates in Science from Holyoke Community College.  She has been working in law offices for over 30 years.  In the past she has worked in litigation, bankruptcy and divorce.  Robin spent five years in Maryland doing insurance defense work and has also done personal injury plaintiff's work.  Her work now is primarily providing services to corporate clients keeping them in compliance and assisting attorneys with the formation of new business entities, dissolutions and mergers.  She uses Solium/Corporate Focus software for tracking hundreds of companies for the firm.  As an active member in her community, she sings in a local choir, is a member of Ludlow Cares, and is a Member of Chapter AG of PEO, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to women.  Robin lives in Ludlow with her husband and two sons.

Deanna has been employed as a litigation paralegal with the Law Offices of James H. Breen, Jr. (In-House Counsel for Safety Insurance Company) in Holyoke, Massachusetts since 2007, specializing in insurance defense and subrogation.  She also has prior experience as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury, nursing home litigation and Medicaid planning.  Additionally, she has been an instructor in the paralegal program at Branford Hall Career Institute in Windsor, Connecticut, where she received a paralegal certificate in 1997.  She earned a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice in 2009 from Bay Path University, and a Master's degree in paralegal studies in 2011 from George Washington University.  Deanna recently passed the PACE (Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam) and is a PACE registered paralegal.  She lives in Ashfield with her husband and three adult stepchildren.

Wendy, S. Fuller, RP is both a PACE registered paralegal and CORE registered paralegal.  She has been a paralegal since 1981.  Wendy received her B.S. from Skidmore College University Without Walls and has earned the designations of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist, Employment Law Specialist and an Advance Certificate in Foreclosure and Debtor/Creditor Law from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, Inc. (now Advanced Paralegal Institute).  Wendy is also an instructor for the American Paralegal Institute, teaching a course for students preparing to sit for the Paralegal CORE Competency Exam, as well as courses in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, real estate law, intellectual property law, and estate planning and administration.

Susan L. Graney has been employed as a business paralegal at the law firm of Robinson Donovan, P.C. in Springfield, Massachusetts since 1997. She specializes in the areas of commercial financing, corporate and real estate. Susan received a B.S. in Paralegal Studies and an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certificate from Elms College. She has served on the WMPA Board for the past 10 years. Outside of the office, Susan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.

Pam is a paralegal/contract administrator for local community hospital  managing end-to-end set up of complex provider contracts, professional service agreements, leases, and affiliation agreements to name a few; ensuring data integrity and maintenance of the contracts and database.  Pam received her Bachelors Degree in business management along with her Advanced Paralegal Certificate form Bay Path University in 2009 and in December of 2017 completed her Masters Degree in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices, also from Bay Path University.  Pam is married and lives in Chicopee with her husband.
