Nancy A. Cominoli, R.P., AACP

Nancy A. Cominoli, RP, has been a litigation paralegal in the Springfield office of Bulkley, Richardson & Gelinas, LLP since 1995. She has been a paralegal since 1984 practicing in various areas of law, but currently specializes in medical malpractice defense. Prior to starting at Bulkley Richardson, she worked for several years as a paralegal in Franklin County, Massachusetts as well as Dallas, Texas. In addition to working as a paralegal, Ms. Cominoli has also owned a gymnastic school and coached competitive gymnasts as well as coaching the University of Massachusetts track team. Ms. Cominoli received both her B.S. in microbiology and M.S. in kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She has been president of the Western Massachusetts Paralegal Association for the past ten years and is a member of the MCLE paralegal curriculum advisory committee. Ms. Cominoli passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE) offered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations in 2000 and has been a PACE registered paralegal since that time. She has also been an American Alliance Certified Paralegal since 2006. She resides in Belchertown and is the mother of triplet sons.

Victoria Ann Rodriguez

Victoria is currently a Legal Analyst at Barings LLC, in downtown Springfield. She has legal experience from working in private sector law firms practicing; personal injury, social security disability, and family law. She also has experience working in the Hampden County District Court system where she interned as a Victim Witness Advocate in the Domestic Violence Unit. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certification from Bay Path University, which she received in 2012. She has recently completed her Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Negotiation in October 2016, also from Bay Path University. Victoria is actively involved with many organizations in the Springfield community, where she also resides.

Lisa M'Sadoques

Lisa is currently looking for a full-time permanent position in the legal field. Presently, she is employed by Johnson and Hill staffing and working a part-time temporary position as a paralegal at the Department of Developmental Services in Springfield. Previously, Lisa was a paralegal for Attorney Eileen Sullivan-Boss in West Springfield for 6 years, where she specialized in elder law, and guardian and conservator law. Lisa received her degree in paralegal studies at Elms College in 2006. She is married with two children and lives in Granby.
Pam Wilder

Pam has been a paralegal for 7 years and is currently working as a contract Paralegal for Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a Massachusetts General Hospital Affiliate. Prior to that she was a corporate paralegal focusing on government contracts for a small local corporation.  Pam received her BS in Business Management and certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies from Bay Path University and is currently studying for the PACE exam as well as being a current member of the ABA and NFPA. Pam is the mother of two children; a son 21 and a daughter 16 and lives in South Deerfield.

Fran Carabetta

Fran Carabetta has been employed by Big Y Foods, Inc. since 1973.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Westfield State University and received her Certificate of Advanced Paralegal studies from Elms College in 2010.  Currently, she is a business paralegal specializing in the area of corporate compliance.  She has three adult children and resides in Chicopee with her husband.

Melissa Fennell

Melissa has been a paralegal for 12 years and is currently a litigation paralegal at Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company. Previously, she was a trusts and estates paralegal for the firm of Bacon Wilson, P.C. and a medical malpractice defense paralegal for the Law Offices of William J. Fennell, P.C. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in Executive Business Management and a Certificate in Advanced Paralegal Studies from Bay Path University. She is a prior WMPA Board member, having held the position of Vice President and Program Coordinator. Melissa resides in West Springfield with her husband and two daughters.

Wendy S. Fuller, RP

Wendy S. Fuller, RP is both a PACE Registered Paralegal and CORE Registered Paralegal.  She has been a paralegal since 1981.  Wendy received her B.S. from Skidmore College University Without Walls and has earned the designations of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist, Employment Law Specialist and an Advanced Certificate in Foreclosure and Debtor/Creditor Law from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, Inc.  Wendy is also an instructor for the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, Inc., teaching a course for students preparing to sit for the Paralegal CORE Competency Exam.  She is currently employed at Esser Kent, P.C. in Greenfield, Massachusetts, specializing in family law.  She is married and presently resides in Northfield, Massachusetts.

Susan Graney

Susan L. Graney has been employed as a business paralegal at the law firm of Robinson Donovan, P.C. in Springfield, Massachusetts since 1997. She specializes in the areas of commercial financing, corporate and real estate. Susan received a B.S. in Paralegal Studies and an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certificate from Elms College. She has served on the WMPA Board for the past 10 years. Outside of the office, Susan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.

Roger Stawasz

Roger Stawasz has extensive labor experience, as a union representative and union president, from his previous career in the U.S. Postal Service. He received a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Elms College in 2009, then graduated "Summa Cum Laude" from Elms College in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies. In October 2010 Roger began working part-time for an attorney in Northampton specializing in Bankruptcy and Probate Law. He is quite happy to have the structure that his part-time position presents, and having the time to pursue other interests.

Deanna Sears or

Deanna has been employed as a litigation paralegal with the Law offices of James H. Breen, Jr. (In-House Counsel for Safety Insurance Company) in Holyoke, Massachusetts since 2007, specializing in insurance defense and subrogation.  She also has prior experience as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury, nursing home litigation and Medicaid planning. Additionally, she is an Instructor in the paralegal program at Branford Hall Career Institute in Windsor, Connecticut, where she received a paralegal certificate in 1997. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 2009 from Bay path University, and a Master's degree in Paralegal Studies in 2011 from George Washington University. She and her husband live in Ashfield, Massachusetts, and have three adult stepchildren.
